I'm having trouble downloading the latest update for mi 11 ultra. MIUI12.5V13.0.9.0SKACNXM
When i try to dl using the phones update feature it always says all mirrors are offline. It has been like this all week. Have tried a lot and my wifi is lightning.
So looking online today through google and also the 2 links at the start of this thread it seems there is no update available.
Anyone know what is going on with this?
I am wondering if the update was released but then removed or something

look here…

On my Mi10t pro, I can't receive or send MMS with the last version 12.5.8. SMS works fine.
Nobody else ?
Having the same issue here on a Poco F3 on the Koodo Network in Canada. I can receive MMS but any time I try to send, it says Network Not Ready. I've tried both the old APN settings for Koodo (Basically Telus' using sp.koodo.com instead of sp.telus.com, which works on my Whyred running Lineage 18.1) as well as the current Koodo settings (Which this rom has backwards -- Telus has the Koodo settings (other than sp.telus.com instead of sp.koodo.com) and Koodo has the Telus (with it being sp.koodo.com instead of sp.telus.com). Neither work correctly on the F3, and neither does adding Koodo's APN manually using the settings from their website. (https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone)

I'm on the final stable build of MIUI 12.5 Xiaomi.eu version.

My Whyred running Lineage 18.1 works using both the MIUI provided APN from the F3, as well as deleting them all and creating a new one using the information from Koodo's website. So this has to be MIUI 12.5+ specific, but likely not xiaomi.eu's fault. I posted to the MIUI forums. We'll see if anyone responds.

Edit: This is partially solved. There is a conflict issue when you have Google Messages installed on the phone along with the Mi Messaging app that it breaks MMS sending in both the Mi Messaging and Google Messages. If you uninstall Google Messages, SMS sending will work again. My guess this is something to do with Xiaomi's Security app and they must fix it on their end. While they're at it they should also stop telling users that there is a security issue by using Google Messages as your SMS/MMS client instead of Mi Messaging. This is simply not true.

So as I suspected originally, this isn't Xiaomi.eu's fault and is something that will have to be fixed on the MIUI end. Hopefully this helps other users that can't explain why SMS isn't working even with correct APN settings.

Well this is bug in xiaomi.eu rom, I believe. As in Global 12.5.10 version for Mi 10T Pro it is there.
What do you call "bug"...? No updates for a device which reached EOL state like a year ago?

Comparing the still supported Mi 10T Pro with not supported for like a year Mix3 is nonsense.

I call bug the missing feature. Which can be searched in settings, but it's not there anymore. As I described in bug thread.

Please stop using the internet, this is too painful to read.
What the F? I was nicely asking if I should wait for fix or not and you just came here to insult people who are seeking help or info. Very nice of you, you have to be proud of yourself. I hope you reached your daily dopamine levels for being such smartass

Nobody commented on your "missing feature".
The facepalm was because first you said "Will MIUI 12.5 stable for Mi MIX 3 (perseus) ever receive any update/but fixes?", which is an old Android 10 ROM for a discontinued device, then you arbitrarily compared it to the latest Global ROM for Mi 10T Pro (apollopro), which is Android 11 and for a much newer device that keeps being updated.
The flexibility in your logic is beyond my understanding.
Like already said, Mi MIX 3 is not expected to be updated anytime soon. Maybe Xiaomi surprises us, but I wouldn't count on that.

Nah, I get my dopamine from elsewhere. The forum usually gives me a headache, but thanks for caring. :D

Hello once again.

I'm facing (once again) the problem that shuts down wifi and data once the screen is blocked for 10min or so. Last time I recovered settings from the cloud and it worked out. I didn't change any setting now and the problem comes back.

I was wondering if it is rom related. I'm using 12.5.8 on haydn. Can I go back to 12.5.7 flashing with first time?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: I thing I found out. Battery - top right corner for settings - scenarios (last on the list) - sleep mode. It was on... Turned it off. Let's see if it solves.

Hello,
On my Mi Note 10 (tucana)
I went from 12.5.7.0 (that was a clean install) to 12.5.9.0. At first it couldn't connect to WiFi 5 GHz anymore. I tried to go back to 12.5.7.0 but it was impossible as it always rebooted to recovery. I flashed again 12.5.9.0 because I did not want to format data and it started again normally.

I fixed the 5 GHz WiFi problem by changing the channel from 153 to 40. It wasn't a problem because I live in the countryside and the whole spectrum appears unused here. I havent tried all the channels to see how many are now missing. Is there a tweak that could help me to have the missing channels back ?

But the best thing was yet to be seen : I use BlueTooth everyday to listen to music and with 12.5.7.0 I had to click too many times to connect to (the same) BT receiver. With 12.5.9.0 it remembers it and connects automatically. That is a good improvement.

That's all the differences I have seen but I don't use a lot of things. After 2 weeks, it appears that this (last?) 12.5.9.0 is as stable as 12.5.7.0 was. I did not see a difference with battery usage either (I keep it between 40 and 80 %).

Thank you.

Hi,
I got a Mi 11 Lite 5G NE with stock EEA 12.5.7.0 firmware.
I unlocked it and flashed xiaomi.eu fastboot firmware 12.5.8.0.
It reboots to system after flash and everything is OK until I reboot manually : it starts then after a few seconds, it reboot to fastboot...
If I force reboot to recovery and choose to reboot to system, it reboots normally and then after a few seconds, reboots to recovery...
I flashed stock CN 12.5.8.0 firmware before flashing again xiaomi.eu firmware with no luck, same problem.
Is it possible that eea smartphone is incompatible with xiaomi.eu firmware ?

EDIT1 : I can use EEA, GLOBAL and CN stock firmwares without problem
EDIT2 : when xiaomi.eu restarts after manual reboot, I can't see the top bar and it doesn't ask to unlock the sim card then I hear a notification sound and finally it reboots itself.
Hi, there is definitely something broken in xiaomi.eu 12.5.8.0 for lisa...

I tried flashing previous xiaomi.eu firmwares :
- 12.5.5.0 fastboot_first_install : OK
- 12.5.5.0 fastboot_first_install + 12.5.7.0 fastboot_update : OK
- 12.5.5.0 fastboot_first_install + 12.5.7.0 fastboot_update + 12.5.8.0 fastboot_update : NOK
- 12.5.7.0 fastboot_first_install : OK
- 12.5.7.0 fastboot_first_install + 12.5.8.0 fastboot_update : NOK
- 12.5.8.0 fastboot_first_install : NOK

I noticed 2 things, if that can help to find the problem :

- first, when I long press start button, if I see the standard start menu (as with 12.5.5.0 and 12.5.7.0)...

Screenshot_2022-02-13-11-24-53-332_com.miui.home.jpg

reboot is OK but if I see the custom start menu (as with 12.5.8.0)...

Screenshot_2022-02-13-10-57-34-530_com.miui.home.jpg

then I get the reboot problem.

- second, the fastboot screen isn't the same with 12.5.5.0 (mi bunny pic) than with 12.5.7.0 or 12.5.8.0 (black screen)

Anyway, I stay with 12.5.7.0 and start to enjoy my smartphone at last! Thanks for your wonderfull job.

Call recording is present on the stable version. Regarding the update to the stable version coming from a beta you have to format the DATA partition because it is a downgrade.

Hello, I flashed the last stable (12.5.6) over the last stable (12.5.5) on a Mi10 Lite 5g.
It was buggy, I can't launch any application, I can't accès to the control panel...
I tried to flash the previous stable version (12.5.5) but now I'm stuck into a bootloop on the recovery.
What can I do?
Please somebody help me?
Thank you!

I format data with TWRP and install 12.5.5 and everything's working.
I update to the latest stable 12.5.6 and it was buggy again!
Don't install the latest stable from xiaomi.eu on the Mi 10 Lite 5g, it's not working!

Hi everyone, there is a problem with the rom eu 12.5.5.0 on redmi note 10, it gets stuck at the boot logo, and after a few minutes it turns off and does not go to the boot screen.

It's fastboot type release issue that older Updater app does not fully recognize, that's why you are notified, but url is not valid (and because of all 20 mirrors are facing timeout app is not responding, it takes too long). This issue has been already fixed, but this time you need to download update manually to have latest Updater. Sorry for inconvenience.

So same procedure as before only I have to put the zip rom in the root and I have to enter manually in twrp. Right?
