Gingko redmi note 8 - just dirty-flashed xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote8_21.1.6_v12-11.zip Grateful, it booted without any problems, yet.
Only two slightly disturbing things:

• Security level still Nov.2020
• Qualcomm data collection (what should that be good for? Ah yeah, of course only to my best interest - understand!)

You don't have to disable adaway, just allow a few Amazon-related sites. For me (using amazon.de) these are:
appx.transient.amazon.com
fls-eu.amazon.de
m.media-amazon.com

I only tried to allow : fls-eu.amazon.fr, and it works, nice, thanks a lot frofa !

My MI 9 stopping charging on wireless charger, can somebody help me? It stop for few seconds then start charging again.

EDIT: Original Wireless charger from Xiaomi with original Charger what was in package with phone

From sourceforge - does not work on mobile unless you don't change to "desktop" which also only works in some browsers... so best to use a PC:

You just have to click on "try to download anyway" at sourceforge, worked for me on every device.

I already have the previous TWRP installed

Through adb or through twrp ..
If you try with adb ..
fastboot devices ( device recognition )
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img ( twrp's installation/flashing )
fastboot reboot ( hit enter and hold volume + continuously until enter twrp )
Do not try to boot with command .. fastboot boot twrp.img cause they reported some issues ..
Anyway you should have a backup because if you have decryption issues , format data will be needed..

There is also available twrp for gauguin devices , made some tests , we need a recovery custom rom to test further , though it seems that it works good ( just to be 100% sure ) ..

I put the .img-file on my EXTERNAL sdcard (which doesn't have to be decrypted) and flashed it just in the old TWRP with "flash image" as "recovery". Rebooted to recovery - there it was and decrypting the data-partition after inputting PIN. Finally could dirty flash the rom of today without formating anything!!

Any issues with the build? Any changes noticeable? What is the Qualcomm Data Collection you mentioned?
