Hold "Vol+" and "Power" buttons simultaneously until you see TWRP splash screen.

I am doing that (holding vol+ and power) but the phone returns to fastboot and no TWRP seen. What can be the reason? As you see the latest TWRP was (is) on the phone and the ROM was installed without a problem or any error message in TWRP.

could be that by some way you lost the twrp, try flashing it again

Dirty flashed in my k30 5g, first boot took a long time, flashed magisk 21.1 and its working fine, even the dual punch hole module.
It had the same problem that i cant select the 5g netwotk and neither the 5ghz options for wifi

Then install TWRP for Mi 10 and not Mi 10 Pro.

You might have to learn some stuff about fastboot, adb and their commands. (Please do your research first.) If you want, connect the phone to pc while it's in the fastboot mode, open upminimal adb, press fastboot device and then try what I describe here:

Um, ~dunno, maybe try using the commands "fastboot devices" and "fastboot reboot" or booting into a newer twrp (if it exists) or flash the previous version and retry or reflash the rom?
If these don't work maybe you want to boot into twrp, backup your stuff and perform factory reset. If its not effective try wiping data as well.

Any unkown terms please search them online.

Trying to install -------- xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK20ProMI9TPro_20.12.28_v12-11.zip

after flash twrp 3.4.0.1 has wrong password.
format data. clean instal, after setup pin twrp password wrong, but its correct and system use its!!!

you need to set pattern; no pin or fingerprint .... latest twrp 1206

Dual apps work on MI9T Pro.

Boot to TWRP and install Magisk uninstaller zip file => Magisk-uninstaller-20201228.zip

Then install Magisk v21.2 => Magisk-v21.2.zip

I have that problem too, and this solve my problem!

i came here to say the same thing, same problem with k30 5g
and when i try through the launcher, it opens the theme store

Thank you all for trying to help me (of course my knowledge is not as deep as some or most of you, but I am reading the forum regularly and it did not help me to solve this problem). I flashed the TWRP with adb with success, but still can not boot in recovery after fastboot reboot, but still in fastboot. I hoped can install the new ROM in this year, but I will continue in new year.

could be, there is some error with the rom too, like in some devices you cant open the wallpaper configs in the configuration.
i googled and found some things, error 7 in different model,
a guy wiped and worked, and a indian guy on yt erased some part of update.script and worked too.
and another tried something with mi flash.
cold be a bug due to shared rom
