i was in beta and i go from 20.9.17 A10 to 20.10.15 A11 in mi Note 10 pro with dirty flash and its work fine i dont understand why i can not do this in stable !!

Not really the case if he is going from android 10 stable to Android 11 stable.
Format data is only when switching from stable to weekly or vice versa

About playstore not certified: it get it after 1 wele of use out so. At least that's what happen in my device.
Can use gpay as usual.
Slow downs are fixed it seems so far. All working good. Better than 12.1.5 and far better then 12.0.8 which was the true beta stable
I can recommend flashing it. Used twrp and can still use it just tested. I dont root my device so i dont know about magisk etc.

Please tell me what is your model phone?

Unfortunately , no.

But it has a alternative way to call google assistant by pressing 0.5s power button ...
I think it's a new shortcut in this version ? I can't recall .

No, better is format data, don`t worry it`s not hard to do this. And risk that something will going wrong is very very low. One thing that you must know, that if your friend wipe data, then he must boot to TWRP once again, then copy new ROM and flash.

fastboot boot twrp.img --> Boot recovery, twrp or other name if you changed once, if you reboot to bootloader, you must use this command again
fastboot flash boot recovery.img/twrp.img or what name it have --> flash TWRP into recovery partition and you will be have physicaly this recovery on your device.
