Bluetooth, GPS, sync and location are off. Auto starts apps are restricted...
Even though I got almost 20% of usage with very few SoT

Mi 10 12.0.7 installed. Camera still works as i skipped 12.0.4 for the camera issue. can not say much about battery but seems the same as 12.0.3

Just installed it using OrangeFox. There is something weird, my internal storage has 14Go wasted... As I activated OTA in OragneFox I understand there is (roughtly 4Go) of backup file. But what are all those 10Go left (System is around 9Go)... Look like the old system or whatever...
I wiped Data, Dalvik and Cache before installing this new version. Any idea what should I wipe before installing?
Edit: Seems I had to "format" the Data partition, not just wipe it. Seems alright now!

Started with global v11, downloaded eu stable v12 for dipper, installed via Orange Fox, shows success, rebooted and got a pretty MIUI showing on the screen but does not boot further. Rebooted to Orange Fox, wiped Dalvik and cache, rebooted again. Same story. Shows colorful MIUI but does not boot further.

yes, you just need to download the zip package of miui 12 and flash it with recovery

Yes, that did the trick. Thank you very much. The instructions on the Stable v12 home page should mention that the install instructions are for existing EU roms and other roms may require additional steps or a link to a page with additional instructions.

I noticed that the bug of the black font in the notification bar at the top in the dark mode is still there... and I suspect it affects for some reasons some keys of SwiftKey. Other than that, I love this MIUI version!!!

Edit: apparently the issue with SwiftKey is solvable deactivating dark mode for the single app, but unfortunately the more annoying black top fonts bug is still there, not sure how to solve it

1 percent battery drain per hour. Installed yesterday, v11 -> v12, dirty install, MI9SE

however miui roms have huge battery drain while active , any way to prevent that?

additional an app maybe to limit max brighness to 90%

would be better then hm?

i love miui and like eu rom but with bliss/lineageos 17 average active drain is 10% around while 15 here as max brightness isnt tweaked i guess?

Anyone having problems with the swipe down action in the center of the screen to bring in control center and notifications?
Mi 10 on stable V12.0.4.0.

It seems to be disabled when i plug the phone in to charge, and only swiping down actions from the top will bring in control center and notifications again, instead of swiping down in the center of the screen.

The only fix now i have is to restart the phone to be able to swipe down in the center of the screen to bring in control center and notifications again

Solved by flashing the boot.img manually
