In youtube app, with locked rotation (portrait mode), when playing a video in portrait mode, if you put the phone upside down the screen rotates (so, a 180 degree rotation is enabled even if it is locked).
Can someone confirm this or tell me if it is a (strange) feature?

I also noticed the same but only in full screen mode... So, confirmed, but I think it is YouTube app related issue

i flashed 6.8.4 on my mi4c four days ago, and i had an overheating issue, after im using the phone about 15 minutes my phone started warm in the backside, after that i lock the phone and put into my pocket, and the phone shut down itself, i turned it on and using it about a while , i lock it and place into a pocket and it s**t down again and again, it was so uncomfortable, any solution? please help me

Download rom again by pc. Reinstall it, clear dalvik and cache.
Don't restore from local or micloud.
See if you have still same issues, if don't restore data from backups if you have it.

If you mean on base android upgrade, for mediatek device? I wouldn't keep hopes. Xiaomi isn't here to blame, it's almost same story on every devices based on Mediatek which are company known for not realising source code.

Anyway, xiaomi don't focus on Android upgrades as main goals, they give priorities on miui development and upgrades.

It has been written many times before, Mi5 ROM has not included the new features yet that mentioned in changelog like the 3 fingers screenshot...

It will be added later but until then you can try 3 fingers gesture with your girlfriend

Flashed on MI4c, battery really improved
Android security level stayed same 2016-07-01 (in 6.7 it was 08-01)
And there is bug when I use rotate off onscreen button in gallery, it is constantly on, even if I disable rotate off in notification statusbar or in gallery options.
From some reason it returned to normal function after 5 minutes...

I have suggestion. The previous version of this rom have a better battery life than this new version i hope the dev. Will do some tweak about battery issue.

The ROM works perfectly. But now 3 or 4 versions applicable game film did not make me watch the fim I bought in the market ... Still great battery life, and all the functions work well. I hope that sooner or later will be fixed this bug.

On my Mi 4s in the lockscreen, when swiping to the right to open mi remote, appears the password screen for a moment and then it goes to mi remote.

Try to clear the cache for bluetooth and connect again

After finishing encryption my phone asks for username and password. What username and password? I didn't log in to MIUI Cloud.

Mine only asked for password on Redmi Note 3, I entered unlock PIN it is ok.
if you never had unlock pin then use your Gmail account login details to decrypt it.
