Only Chinese Set-up Box Available In Mi Remote

Only chinese set-up box available to add in mi remote on EU Roms on my both Redmi Note 3 Pro and Redmi Note 4X whereas the app should support all the set up box or it should locate via GPS or locale and send the suggestions. But here it only shows chinese set-up box.
Please look into it and thanks for the continuous effort in providing us ROM's every week.
