The build scripts might of messed up copying those libraries in. I'll double check.
Have to do these every week?Once you have the ext3 partition, next time you flash miui, log in to market - errr google play and download terminal emulator. Make sure you go into the superuser app and allow root access. Then open terminal emulator and at the $ prompt, type in "su". Miui may prompt you to allow it, let it have root access. You will now get a # prompt meaning you have root access. Then type "a2sd install". It will start changing permissions and moving apps. It will reboot. Once it reboots, you can also move the dalvik cache over which will free up even more space. To do that, open terminal emulator again and type "su" and then at # type "a2sd cachesd" . It will again scroll a lot of stuff and reboot.

Guys, I have been reading through this whole thread and DAMN.....I see why Mark was going to give up on this whole ROM development. He was not going to give up on the phones, he was going to give up on US!!!! I have seen the stupidest quesions being asked on here, a guy's language is set to chinese when he starts the phone and then gets suggested to just change the settings on the phone to english....DAMN.......another guy's keyboard crashed and had another guy suggests to just try another one to to see if its a bug, he tried another and he's ok........DAMN.....People not wiping their devices' factory reset coming from GB and then getting bootloops and then people suggest the obvious wipe everything and then they are ok...DAMN....People doing OTA updates and then bitching here, and then people suggest to just manually download and apply it through CWM...DAMN.....Another guy asking the meaning of life(ICS vs GB) OH GOD.....keep this thread relevant. Do not just take to the threads for every little question you might have!!! GOOGLE THINGS!!! I have had problems in the past and googled all of them except one video problem. If you really have a BUG, L-O-G-C-A-T then you can send to the mods, not coming in here to bitch. Thank you and I hope this thread will stay more on target. GOLDEN RULE of FREE ROM development, NO ETA's!
Hello Mark. I was thinking, if you would be that nice, to add to the HTC Desire Miui Rom, a feature like Power Plan Settings. Like those on the PC, different when you're on battery, and plugged in. We can not enjoy all the time all the greatness of android cells, because battery will be sucked in half day, but at least to enjoy our cells when we are plugged in. You know, for example - Screen timeout never, best quality graphics, maximum brightness (which I like very much on my Desire), etc. Because when I am plugged in, I want to see a movie, but because of battery saving settings, my screen turns off after 30 secs.SGS2 removed due to a FC in Mms.apk, the hack from other devices seems not to work on the SGS2 so i will need to re base the ROM package.
Sorry for this. Rather get things right quick today than spend the weekend fixing issues.

Are you perhaps using a scaling/governer program like cpu master or voltage control. I know when I tried that and could only set 3 different governers, if I set it too low I would also get freezes. Also, if you are coming from a different rom, just to be safe format your sd card and delete everything on it. Then when you install rom, connect phone to pc via usb, mount usb storage in recovery, push the zip your cleanly formatted sd card, and then flash I.C.S etc. That is if you are coming from a completely different rom, i.e: GB-I.C.S. etc. I have always done this as a matter of course and have had very little problems after flashing a new rom. Also make sure you do not flash any other kernels. I know siyah has got a beta kernel but I reckon it is still in test phase, so stick with original that comes in rom. I am also using sgs2 gt-i9100 and have not had a single freeze or reboot. If it is hard rebooting(battery pull) then I would suggest re flashing.Anybody else have issues with phone freezing/reboot?
(Using SGS2 - ICS last release)
i think that AdyScorpius Rom is better. v2.3.31 was fixed many bugs, the camera works and usb mass storage too.
i install the rom 3 days ago and all its ok...
Every comment, even the most stupid questions adds to the feeling of a community. When people get the first 1 or two stupid questions answered they usually start picking up knowledge faster and then complete more advanced things on their own. I am so glad the people here are down to earth and not arrogant like on that other forum beginning with an x. Yes it is irritating for developers and yes some questions do seam ridiculous when the answer is on the first page. But to live and let live is always the best. Otherwise it becomes like that other xd forum where you want to throw up because of the peoples arrogance and pride giving you a google link every time. And as far as Blasphemy goes, well I will not get into that, lets just say, those who need help get it here, those who are advanced can help others and those who are beginners can also help those who know even less than they day. It is called human nature. That is how I learnt and if you ever need help, give me a shout.
thanks so much.it really helped.I.C.S Has a more defined and modern structure, more smooth in operating various system components, a lot of the bugs that ate battery, caused heat and left apps running for long periods of time for no reason, is sorted out in I.C.S. Gingerbread is older operating system, is fully functional and has less security than I.C.S, hence it is easier for a hacker to get info on your phone and steal your bank account details etc. While Gingerbread has been worked on and improved, it has reached its improvement zenith and the issues found with the rom are inherent due to its structure and form and therefore the new I.C.S has been developed to correct the mistakes of the past. While Gingerbread is like an old poodle, I.C.S is like a sleek Jaguar. Hope that helps.
