Release MIUI ROM 2.2.24 [ICS] & [GB] ROMS Uploaded

Hey am on 2.2.24 for SGS2 but the weekly version is very unstable and so many apps crash while in midst of operation but never the less the stable version 2.2.1 is good .
On the stable version the music player crashes while playing if i open the gallery

Its Android 2.3.7 currently. As for that other stuff, its a cyanogenmod based kernel and don't think a modem is included.

haha that explains the battery drain problem of MIUI roms..

I just turned off the wifi-data-bt for 4 days and the battery life was incredibly long.. 1% drop for every 5-6 hours on standby... I dont know if modem has relation with the wifi directly but signal strength.

Well, this is what I say. If you want features, your battery life is gonna be sub-par. If you want no features, go get an iPhone. My phone has like 5% battery after a workday, but I have tons of features.

oh boy...sorry to hear that ... I do not have that many issues on my nexus s. ... Are all these errors despite a clean install (wipe cache/dalvik/factory data reset)? If so, then I guess Mark will be able to answer.. ;-) , else you may try a clean install....

We have about 5 mirrors that cycle via a DNS cache. So its possible that one of those mirrors don't have all the ROMs. Or that its a new mirror being added that don't yet have the ROMs. Simply refreshing might trigger another DNS round robin setup, and you might get a mirror with all those files.

I'm investigating which mirror doesn't have all the files.
