Upgraded to 12.5.6 and now there is no fingerprint option in my security settings on my xiaomi mi 9 pro. Fingerprint outline still pops up in apps but doesn't work and stays on screen until screen off. Why? Is this to be expected?

My friend has got a Redmi note 9s (curtana) and right after installing last EU stable rom (12.5 that is) everytime he launches any app - system and not - it has like a strange animation, remembers me of macOS icon zooming after click..is it a new function or more likely a glitch/bug? Install the Stable version then "Format Data" in TWRP and reboot.

That's the normal behavior with SuperWallpapers. Blame Xiaomi if there is no option to disable this feature.

After updating mi 10 ultra to v12.5.6 stable, safetynet fails. Usual banking apps were still working but google pay was not working. I added my credit card via google pay website (not the playstore since it doesn't add because of safetynet issue) during this process google informed that I need to provide back and front side pictures of my national identity card and some other details. I provided all the details and submit my request. Google prompted that i will be informed via email about the progress. I didn't receive any email but the next day my safetynet passes and my google pay is working perfectly fine.
I don't have magisk. So maybe others should try the same.
