The option is hidden for reasons I don't know.

The option still exist but is hidden for whatever reason.
So you just have to make do with selecting each app individually in dark mode settings

the application does not show in the app options individually in the dark mode settings, I searched before.

It does...but only user installed apps
Just try scrolling up and down and it will appear.

System apps can't be selected in dark mode. All other apps you install...from playstore or other source will show in the list.

Stable ROM by xiaomi.eu for Mi 10T Lite is still Android 10 so he should have Widevine L1.

Yes, when I'm on official Rom.
Then I install xiaomi eu latest weekly, no widevine so i install Latest xiaomi eu stable. The option Widevine l1 is there, but by clicking download certificate, couldn't download certificate error always

I can't help you about downloading the Widevine L1 certification, my device doesn't have this feature.

But I read somewhere that you can't download Widevine L1 certification on custom MIUI ROMs (weird...) or you may need to enable "Install via USB" option in developer options to make it work.

Install via USB is already enablef because of MagiskHide.
Oh and 1 more thing, before I flashed Xiaomi eu stable, I reverted back to latest stock Rom v12.0.9.0 Android 10, no Widevine L1 option, so I installed Xiaomi eu stable.
There seems to be a possibility that my L1 is permanently lost

Yes I have it on in the settings but still not working.

Also, since this last update most people are telling me that I am breaking up and they can't hear me properly. On phone, bluetooth, headset all the same. On both sim cards also?

I'm using K30 5G. Since Android 10 until now Android 11 MIUI v12.1.4, i cannot find Google Chrome app in my Playstore. The rest of the Google apps (gmail, map, etc) are available but not Google Chrome. Any idea what have I miss here? Security Status; update : 2020-12-01, play protect : no issue, play system update : 01-01-2021. I try install Chrome from .apk no issue but no automatic update. Please help.

VoWIFI doesn't work for me, but VoLTE. I tried different PDC profiles and changed them to mbn_eea.txt. Does the new 12.2.9 have a bug?

Like you said, Xiaomi fixed it on Weekly, but now it may affect some Stables. Up to Xiaomi to push their changes to the next Stable release.
