With the 9.10.24 weekly ROM for Mi 9 SE a TWRP was included.
This TWRP overwrites the already installed TWRP without notice :-/
Additionally the shipped TWRP by wxz comes with chinese language as default language - no matter what language was selected before.
If you are not able to read chinese you are left off ...
Additional 2:
The older TWRP by wxz uses encryption strings that result in delay when booting/accessing the TWRP.
I like to hint to the TWRP of redispade:

He made great progress in speedup the TWRP boot time.
His TWRP is heavily customized and support more functions than stock TWRP - equal to the customized by wxz you have included in ROM.
I form myself will release a close to stock TWRP based on the findings of redispade and me within the next days.
Please change (or replace) the shipped TWRP to use english language as default.
