Enable Data Saver

Ok, so in order to enable the Data Saver - in this God-forsaken Android called memeui MIUI, so that we can normally have use of the Unrestricted data function that IS present by default:

Privacy/Manage/Special permissions/Unrestricted data

... you have to use a rooted shell, and execute:

cmd netpolicy set restrict-background true

In this way, you will get the QS Quick Settings, Quick Tile to appear as well; and holding it down will open the Data Saver dialog /page where everything can be controlled.
