No wonder the posted patch in the OP didn't work, you should never flash a RTL patch that doesn't match your version.
I've compiled a patch for you, but for future FROYO miui versions I recommend you use Madmack's script that will do the work just perfect. Actually my GB patch is partially based on his.

thank you again the new patch works fine and i will test it tonight for any bugs.
note: there is a problem with installing the zip file.
I made small changes in the update-script and this one is ok:

BTW i tried Madmack's script befor but it didnt work with miui roms for me. it works with cm6 roms.
It works with froyo miui build, for sure!

Thats realy help us arabizing this cool rom .... but the gmail still can not read arabic lang ... any update so far?
