i had the same problem, i flashed to Stock with Mi flash and i installed this rom
cepheus_global_images_V10.2.9.0.PFAMIXM_20190411.0000.00_9.0_global

after that i go back and installed again the newest Rom

Can i flash stock if im on android Q?

Today I have the following strange experience: I have not been able to install the update from 9.8.8 to 9.8.10. After I only got into TWRP via Fastboot but could not boot anymore, I flashed via MI-Flash back to Stock Rome (Pie Stock Rome). Then I installed again TWRP, formatted the data and taken the newest Rome. I do not know why, but now I come in the recovery and was able to install Magisk despite version 9.8.10 and everything works. I have no idea why but the Rome is now running top .

1. Flash about Xiaomi Flash and got back to Stock
2. Installed TWRP twrp-3.3.1-35-cepheus.img
3. Installed the newest Rom MIUI Android Q 9.8.10
4. after setup i go back to TWRP and installed Magisk 19.3 Stable
5. download and install the Stereo Speaker Mod and no Probs
6. I dont know how it works, but it works .

i have installed 9.8.9/10 on mi6, and again same in previous weekly ( in 9.8.8 was appeared only few seconds, then vanished ), in home menu is missing the option for change grid ( 4x6...5x6 ), i don't know why, someone can give me an help please ?

Uninstall updates for System launcher app, and never update system apps manually.

Hello, I am using a MI 8 and have just uploaded (9.8.9) the update. Runs so well.
I noticed that in the Quick Snap mode but now a sound is played, although the camera sound is disabled.
How can the sound be disabled in Quick Snap mode?

Your Security app is messed up or disabled or missing.

The only change was installing dirty over 9.8.1...
security app seems to be working just fine... What else can I try?
Already tried clearing cache, dalvik, art no change

Confirm. Ultra saving not working on Mi8. After turning on the ultra-saving mode throws on the lock screen.

Here in Mi9 once I turning on the ultra-saving mode the mobile reboot...
