MIUI 10 9.4.11/12

Went back to 9.3.28, because the Mix 3 loads very slow on the charging pad and after 49 min. with only lying beside the capacity went dows from 100 to 84.During charging it gets warmer than before. Consumption shows that display was always on, but it wasn´t. Today we drive in holiday... hope, the mix won´t crash in this time....
 
After dirty flashing 9.4.1.1 from 9.3.28 twrp 3.2.3-3 is requesting password to decrypt data when going into twrp recovery... What can i do to fix this? :( thanks

My lockscreen password was a pattern/fingerprint. I tried changing it to password then going into twrp, yet still password failed to decrypt :/

If anyone know another way please shoot any solutions please. My phone is whyred

Try to boot older TWRP version (fastboot boot "twrp.img")
If no success and phone pin pw doesn't fit, only format data. sorry!

i just realised there's newer version 3.2.3-5 perhaps i should try flashing that or is better older version first you reckon?
 
After installing the new version I can't install magisk. I disabled the modules before updating then I flash the new version, reboot, flash magisk zip without error but it still says that magisk is not installed. Any help?
 
Hello dear friends! I have a huge problem! Fitst, I have installed current version on my Poco and everything went well. But my touch was ver laggy, and I have decided to return to previous version I was on - 9.3.14. The installation went well, but after restart tha phone asked for my password, in order to start android. I have no password. Tried several of my passwors, but nothing happened. After that I restart the phone to recovery, but there the TWRP asked me again for a pass. So, now I cannot start my phone, can't flash other rom(because the recovery don't have acces to the partitions) and I am stuck. Is there any possibility to flash it without data loss? Or to backup my data before erease everything? Please somebody to answer me!
 
What? I alreday instaled on Poco beta 9.4.11...and today is released the 9.4.12? Is the same version right?

Had same problem with flashing mix 3
I didn't find solution without wiping

You can try to save your data with "adb pull sdcard" instruction. But not sure they will be readable if they are really encrypted by this TWRP.
