What's the preffered way for updating whyred with official twrp 3.2.3-0, xiaomi.eu 9.3.14 to 9.4.11? OTA Download and dirty flash?

I have a Mi6 and after this update and reinstalled magisk 18 the custom camera crash when open. I tried to install magisk 19 but it lagged a lot and after that I can't install magisk 18 anymore (even if I try from twrp)

Hay guys, can I add in twrp actions after flashing ROM? For example to copy hosts file to /system/etc or auto flashing magisk whenever I flash ROM? May be I could create my own installation zip?...

Vibration doesn't work on my Mi Mix 2S on keyboard or literally any button. It works just when I'm receiving a call.

EDIT: Vibration work!!! Apparently, if your phone is low on battery, vibrations won't work anymore! I checked battery saver and it wasn't enable! Weird bug.

The problem is that they don't test the builds just a copy paste thing.


Clean flash don't work because of a proces keeps crashing. Dirty flash works but magisk broken

Thanks for the update even though google assistant got worse. Without having the app open it doesn't work anymore. Any tips on how to fix this are highly appreciated.

I dont use google assistant, but I tried it now, for me it works. (hold homebutton)
maybe you should wipe "system" and reinstall the ROM

Had to remove my voice profile and now it seems to be working.. for now... Sometimes it stopped working after some time on 9.3.28. let's see.

on my Mi Note 3, the clock hasn't changed at all in the latest ROM - on my Mi Pad 4 is works as you describe, though.

Maybe it's time for Clean flash.

Poco:

-After rebooting a few times, it stops booting and opens twrp instead;
-I used to be able to move apps to system\app using twrp before, and after I flashed this rom I couldn't.

Now not even my backup is bringing back this possibility. Poco owners, don't flash this.

Mi 9: magisk 18/19 don't work, (stable,beta, canary etc..) if you flash magisk your phone reboot after boot, every time

To whom it may concern, notch notification mod is working again so does YouTube vanced installer, was broken on 3.28, anyone tried mi 9 AOD mod yet (mi8 / EE only)
