Akkor igen. Bootloop probléma csak azoknál fordulhat elő, akik előzőleg format data nélkül váltottak xiaomi.eu kiadásra.

Is there any update in the works for Omega or should I remain happy with 8.4.26? I'm actually happy with it, except for an issue that I have with the lock screen not unlocking unless I have notifications to open (I think it only happens when it's on deep sleep though). Anyone else having the same problem? It's only happening in the past 2-3 weeklies for me.

Anyone else with omega? I also get random FCs

Xiaomi mi mix 2s 8.5.17 - the flash flickers. It does not turn off after shooting and shines with different brightness. Replaced the camera application from 8.5.10 - all is well.

I have problem with dual app viber. First app works fine, but on second app contacts are missing. Every permissions on contacts are set ok. I have that problem from 8.4.26. The same problem i had in 7.1.19/20 but was solved in next updates.

I am on 8.5.17 now

Definitely. There's so many changes between this two versions, that it's unlikely to boot afery dirty flash.

Hi,

Good Work! 8.5.17 works quite well on MiMix2s! The only thing I discovered is that:

- Calender Settings (I use multiple calendars) are changing from time to time
- Background image carousel does not work

Face recognition is working quite well! Thanks!

Got the bootloop on my MI5 Didn't have backup of Data.
Now the Data backup doesn't seem to work even for the old 8.4.4 version. The 8.5.3 update might have changed something in there so now I'm in bootloop whenever I restore my Data backup.
I've tried deleting lockscreen files as was suggested in the thread but it didn't work for me..

Does anybody know what needs to be changed in my Data backup so I can at least get back to my beloved 8.4.4?

I have fixed boot loop on mi 5 in following way:

1. Backup data in twrp
2. Wipe: system, data, cache, dalvik cache
3. Reboot into system
4. Reboot into twrp
5. Restore data
6. Remove lockscreen password by removing following files in /data/system
gatekeeper.password.key
gatekeeper.pattern.key
locksettings.db
locksettings.db-shm
locksettings.db-wal

May be wiping data is not necessary, but just need to remove lockscreen password.
