I still can not install the rom in my mix1.
Before it was "error 7". I open the rom, I delete the lines that are left over, and now when I flash it gives me "error 6".
I already put the last twrp.
Is not there something easier to do?
I put roms on all my cell phones for years. It's the first time this happens to me.

As i know this is only available on the Android P beta for the Mi MIX 2S, its not a theme

it is global 8.5.11 for Mix 2 (Android O, not P)

How to get rid of the background on app icons?

Default theme all icons have background, like a square

Limitless theme does remove the icon background but in other hand it completely changes the icons of some apps. Instagram becomes a heart icon

I would like the original icon of the app to be displayed

There is already an alpha rom with oreo for HM5Plus.
Maybe it should be released with Miui10

What is the current status of encryption with weekly/stable releases on MI 6? Is it done automatically or do we intervene manually? My last attempt unfortunately resulted in data loss, the device initially showed up as encrypted even though actually it was not. Once I tried encrypting with the "encrypt now" option it corrupted the storage.

I have rn5 (china AI version).

I wouldn't say it's laggy, but ui animations aren't very smooth. Especially if you switch to full screen - gesture control.
Opening apps, going back to home screen and switching between apps has very choppy animations. It's not looking good, and makes the phone look like it's lagging

I just flashed Redmi Note 5 Pro Rom with magisk, is the Mi logo boot supposed to boot this long? it has been going on for 5 minutes now. the boot logo has the 3 blinking lights animation so i guess everything is ok?
