Wait patently. When Miui 10 China Developer release public roms than Xiaomi.eu release too. For some phone will be late June and for another will be late July.

Can I upgrade directly to 8.5.24 without problems?

So in the time period up unto the release of MIUI 10 , does that mean we can expect no further updates of the current Rom in use ?
Because everything has just stopped moving forward.
No updates, no improvements on bugs that have been diagnosed recently, just chatter and hoping for the Messiah to show up and all will be well !
I believe the new Miui will just bring newer bugs than the ones now.
How about a stable Stable Rom where everything works like we hoped it would out of the box?

Yes! Just remember to clear the cache and dalvik
I do this upgrade and have no issues

When you listening on speaker or earphone?
For me, it's working great with earphones, but I hadn't test on speaker.

Stable roms are a good option.
Running with weekly roms cannot be all good as per definition, it is dev. Stable roms are on par with many other brands. .

I understand, but disagree. In my opinion Xiaomi do a great job in software suport. Even with some bugs, they update phones for quite a while. Even the middle-end smartphones have 2 years or more of support. Many other companies, like Samsung, only suport flagships.

I always use in silent mode and it's normal with music to me (with Spotify).
But I have this bug on gaming sounds.

Domoticz working fine here, just set the app permissions: allow autostart, and disable miui battery optimization for domoticz.

The app Domoticz works fine but the function geofence doesn't work. I allowed all permisions but couldn't get a location (error: something went wrong).
Now back at LOS and it works fine.

If you are happy running LOS, please don't post on the forum. Other users will try to help you, but that won't be necessary. For other users with this problem, check if the the domoticz app has location permissions.

The app Domoticz works fine but the function geofence doesn't work. I allowed all permisions but couldn't get a location (error: something went wrong).
Now back at LOS and it works fine.
