Upgrade From Fake Rom

Phone - Xiaomi MI5 - 64gb
MIUI - 7.2.13.0 MAACNDB Stable

I wan't to upgrade, but don't know how to.
I have unlocked the phone with code from Xiaomi, what is the next step.
Is there a easy guide that is telling/showing the steps.
Very happy with my Xiaomi, but this is difficult. Android/MIUI is new to me, so it seems a bit difficult compared to Apple, but I will NOT go back

Read this thread, the first post. Use twrp method, it is simpler (meaning miflash could get you all sorts of bugs/errors, at least for me it did...). This should be enough to get you setup. https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...r-xiaomi-mi5-unlocked-bl-only-released.31231/

You need to use ADB commands and MiFlash. Use Google for search. I did it

Mi flash is only from pc, twrp method is pc+phone...for both you need adb drivers installed on pc.
