i factory reset the phone, use another account i have but when i need use mi unlock require a sms code, the number has problem with that, i will try tomorrow

If i buy POCO F6 Pro HyperOS Snapdragon 8 gen 2, can i unlock It? Or Is It the same? Need paid method? BTW global poco f6 pro have problems like chinese versions with notifications?
