Updater not seeing available OTA update, using weekly ROM

The weekly updates have been coming through just fine until recently.

Now when I run updater it tells me I'm already at the latest update, however I haven't updated for a few weeks. This is the weekly ROM.

Is there any way to get the updater "unstuck" so it will recognize the updates?

If I download the update and manually update, will that wipe my settings?
