Turn off step counter Miui14

How can I fully turn off the step counter?

Miui14 latest weekly on 11pro.

I removed the step counter from left swipe assistant page and after that tried both uninstalling and deactivation of Mi Health.

Still the sensor is counting steps in background. Is it possible to switch off step counting in miui14?

Anyone any idea? Despite not being used, steps are counted and it's the sensor used most together with ambient light sensor. Thanks!
