Its a bug in english translation by miui.com ... Change your language or replace your fileexplorer.apk with the one from 5.1.23

Please be more precise. What are your problems ? Unfortunately I cant test by myself but afaik other users are fine.

if you look at screen you see that wlan alway turn on even when deep sleep. Go to wifi options and turn of "Wifi in deep sleep - always"

i had to manually format /system1 and 2 for this rom to work, since after first reboot i will not connect to phone network.

Might be a problem with your TDB Setup. There is no reason why you should reinstall or format any system you didnt install sMiUI to. It doesnt affect any other partitions..

So, i have bought the MI3 and
1-, installed recovery,Wiped everything, installed sMIUI 5.1.9 , it worked perfectly, then
2- wiped cache, wiped dalvik cache and installed 5.1.16, it worked perfectly, then
3- wiped cache, wiped dalvik cache and installed 5.1.23, problems begun, slow startup, no sim after reboot, etc.
4- Wiped cache, wiped data/factory reset, wiped dalvik, installed 5.1.16, worked perfect,
5- wiped cache, wiped dalvik cache and installed 5.1.30, same problems again
6- wiped cache, wiped dalvik cache and installed 5.1.30 with diferent aroma settings , specially MIUI framework, problems again
7- wiped cache, wiped dalvik cache, wiped data/factory reset and installed 5.1.30 again, same problems.
8- wiped cache, wiped dalvik cache, wiped data/factory reset, formated /system1 /system2 and install 5.1.30 again, not problems.

Ive never used TDB in this nor any other device.

In the aroma setup? You can disable or keep everything, just choose what you want
