Definitely best rom out there, but have weird problem with wifi. When I test it with speedtest app a have full speed, but when I download something from the market speed is very slow :-\

As you can read in OP and Kernel thread, camera, fmradio and mhl aren't supported.
for camera we need xiaomis help but I can fix the others myself.

I don't think xiaomi will open their phones' kernel sources. I can't find any post in China about opensource kernel of xiaomi except the post in miuiandroid. Unless they try to open the globle market by the xiaomi 3.

Or the news' source is a secret , but time will prove it . In the past , there were open kernel source requests on http://en.miui.com/forum.php and http://miui.com/forum.php None of them were replied officially .
Just wait , time will tell. That's all we can do .

I believe CM10.2 with the MIUI camera and MIUI theme is the best of both worlds.

Micha did you look at this? http://en.miui.com/thread-6929-1-1.html Android 4.3 by a xiaomi developer. Among the known issues there's nothing about the camera.

That's useless. Camera problem is on kernel side, not ROM. That 4.3 uses factory kernel.

Apart from the camera issue, do you have issue with the flash light? For some reason it's not working on my unit.

good news: I got fmradio working
bad news: it seems our device doesn't support fm transmitter.(I can't receive what my phone tries to send and I tried different frequencies)

the flashlight isn't supported yet.
