I found a bug using the ROM by the chinese group, I think it's 6.1.11:
When using camera it's impossible to make a photo with flash even thought flash turns on when focusing

Nope, this one was working really well so I just felt too lazy to flash another

Tested it for a couple of hours. It's stable and butter smooth. I've never seen my Mi2S so smooth.

Also Android M includes some useful stuff that was CM-only before and I love it.

But the camera crashes (why is it called "Qualcomm camera" anyway?). And the phone becomes very laggy if downclocked. I ran my phone @.9GHz max for years without any slowdown. Until now.

This ROM is almost ready. But not enough for me.
(I've just restored my MK51.1 backup)

Did you use 6.1.11 or 6.1.20?

Nope, this one was working really well so I just felt too lazy to flash another

Bugs found by me:

- Camera: in 4:3 mode the camera preview picture on the screen is distorted (narrow), but after taking picture the photo itself is OK
- Camera: in 16:9 mode the max resolution is 6mp only (but works without FC)
- Buttons: Long press on menu button causes SytemUI FC if you have set ''search assistant'' action
- Wireless Display: Cast the screen does not work

I have not got any APN or mobile network FC...

He said no network connection FC. I mean when i want to choose network settings i.e. 2G only, it cause FC. From his "changelog" he means that he debug this

No, he said only that he didnt get any FC due to APN or mobile network which doesnt mean that the error doenst exist anymore.

Hi there, I get the same network settings FC. Some times restarts after a FC, first freezes an app say Tapatalk and next it restarts.
This morning I turned on the phone and missed some icon. The app was there but vanished from the desktop. On the other hand this ROM run fast and smooth. Let's hope Ivan can solve it, he is a talented guy.

anybody else have issues switching between 2G and 3G network? i cant get 3G to start i only get 2G/edge data network

Reflash your previous Rom, choose 3g preferred, then reflash this one (wich contains baseband), and you will be in preferred 3g.

I'm sure that you can answer my question. Is there any way to lock in 3g? In my village house with MIUI I lock it to 3g only and everything is great but in there the 2G signal is much stronger so it change continuously to 2g and is going really slow. I tried even with applications to do that but maybe it's rom s feature that I cannot do that. Am I right?

no, you can't for now. This build has a bug in mobile network settings. And no other apps seems to change the default network type
