That was an accidental upload. It was fixed hours later. I'd redownload from either Rom Manager or from the links in the OP. Sorry about that.
 
to be honest thats just pulling frm the chinese changelog in the smali, the ota update.php should be hitting miuiandroid.com/ota/update.php you can check by running logcat and then opening the updater app.
 
Tested the Galaxy Nexus 2.3.16 update on my phone. It's the smoothest version running (lag free) from any of the previous ones from what I can tell. So if anyone is wondering if the home screen lags when scrolling, it doesn't appear to be an issue anymore. Same with going into edit view, it appears to be fine now. The only lag I see at the moment is going in/out of folders but hardly noticeable. I'm running this ROM with FrancoKernel Milestone 1. Hope this helps people.

I know that I'm bothering... :) but I'd like to ask if can you take into consideration to add "by default" to MIUI some mods like Andy Thompson's Extended Settings or 4WayReboot. You know that these are very popular mods.

Thanks for your quick response Mark. Also, I just wanted to ask as well, might you know what the Icon resolution would be for the Galaxy Nexus MIUI ROM? I have Icons that I've made for apps on my Galaxy S II, but the resolution was 90x90 pixels, and when I tried to move them into a theme for the Galaxy Nexus they appeared a bit blurred.

they are not included to keep the downloads smaller and essentially STOCK ROM, we aim to not add too much to the base ROM as other developers use our ROM as a base for ports and so on. We'd prefer to give users the choice to add modifications. It's easier all round.

Working great on my GS2

I have found one one thing though. If you have slide to unlock you can change the background.
I use pattern or any other for that matter it is impossible to change the background on the lock screen.

Thought i would just mention it

Hi, this is the first time I try MIUI ROM. I'm using HTC Desire HD, so I download miuiandroid_DHD-2.3.16.zip, and install it using ROM Manager (data & cache wiped). Then I reboot, and stuck at the Xiaomi.com loading screen.

Is this normal?
 
Could someone tell me how to change the colors in MIUI (ICS themed) email app, because in "To:" and "Subject:" fields the background is white and the font color is also white ...

The theme(s) and associated Theme Manager of ICS is not complete or ready yet. Its a miracle you have something skinned without serious design bugs. Its just the nature of the current development stance. I believe in 2 weeks a beta of the Theme Manager will be released. It was delayed in order to push out ICS for more devices.

That is not normal. You could watch "adb logcat" to see where its looping. Otherwise this is what I would do.

Please make sure that you check the MD5 of the DHD to make sure it compares to
38bd2b5c801bbd3809376762bbddd1bc before flashing. If it does, flash on. Also make sure your CWM Recovery is up to date.
 
Ah yes you are right. I have to do wipe the cache & data first, then flash the ROM. It works.
Now how can I change the language into English?

The ROM download is all English. If English is not showing up you did not download our Rom. Double check by going to Languages and making sure English is set. If still not English, tell me where you got the ROM.
