New Missing some UI elements

I have flashed MIUI EU 12 20.4.30 on whyred, and I noticed that MIUI EU is missing some UI elements/animations compared to stock China Beta. Here are they:
1. Missing "bounce/spring" animation in MIUI System Apps.
2. Some system apps are using old UI from MIUI 11 (Clock, Dialer & Contacts, Calculator, Sound Recorder). They should use new MIUI 12 UI, which has big titles/buttons on the top.

Ah, also stock package installer doesn't allow us to update system apps from apk files. I was able to do it on MIUI EU 11.

Anyone noticed it? Please confirm here

oh I missinterpreted UI with icon packs as that was my first problem with xioami.eu...
