Mi5s Plus Unlocking Problems

Evening forum,
i'm an old user of EU version of the rom from my mi3. Now i passed to mi5s plus and i've tried to apply for unlocking to the site but they said that my ip address tried too much time....really id on't know why cause is the first time....any suggestion?
I would like not abbandon our beloved rom for the global 1 (by the way i'm with global developer atm)

As far as I can remember you can unlock one device every 30 days.
Never heard about IP blocking.
Maybe you should ask on the official forum.

You need to use a VPN and set yourself to China. I used TunnelBear free version and connected to the Hong Kong SAR server and that allowed me to bypass that IP thing.
