Mi Note 3 Associated With Another Mi Account

Hi guys
Bought my phone at AliExpress with Global 9.1.4.0 installed
I was trying to install Xiaomi.eu ROM when I found out that my phone is associated with another Mi Account, presumably my seller's, so now I can't go on with installation.
Is there any way to solve this?

Seller is a sloppy cheater. @daxpt ask the help of Aliexpress customer service.

Or buy a servicebox to remove account (but this is a littlebit illegal. But I think, if the seller was illegal, and if the customer service does not help you, then Aliexpress also helps this illegality. Then I think it's permissible for you to be a littlebit illegal too. )
