ok. I would try to flash the xiaomi.eu rom now

Tried with Xiaomi.eu 21.3.11
CMD closes fast so i had to record it lol ...
It just exits always at this same point (Is it the right finish?)
While it closes the phone reboots and reenters immediately in fastboot mode

Is there something else i could try?
Thanks again for the support mate

you should open "cmd" as admin, change the directory and then execute the script !

if it still does not work, replace the fastboot.exe (unzip) in \platform-tools-windows\ and try again

you mean not to execute "windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat" directly? (I did it like this)
I'll try like this now:
- Create C:\Flash\
- Extract xiaomi.eu files there
- Open CMD as admin and move to the folder
- Execute script

EDIT:
Same result but i could see the error now as it didnt close:

C:\FLASH\platform-tools-windows/make_f2fs failed: 3221225477
fastboot: error: Cannot generate image for userdata

here is the screenshot:

Thanks again for precious support!

it is all shown in the first post in the video (he uses powershell, but cmd is the same)

better do not use C: drive (could give rights problems) if possible use an other drive

example if you can use D: drive

- open cmd as admin
- D:
- cd xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11_21.3.11_v12-11-fastboot
- windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat

Tried all the steps this time from another folder using powershell
same result unfortunately... didnt try to re-unzip fastboot.exe, what do you mean by that?

Another thing to note: i noticed in video title there is "for already flashed from chinese ROM to EU" but i was coming from a 12.0.3 stock global, is this a problem?

no problem, as long as you updated to the latest global rom before (via ota)

MI11: M2011K2G global 12.0.3 out of the box, checked for stock updates before unlocking and flashing with no updates.

This is another interesting thing

Does anybody know when we can expect TWRP for Mi11.
Will it take weeks, months ?

Flashed 21.3.17 successfully
Mi11 has the battery health status too (changelog says Mi10)

GoogleDrive mirror in my signature

I happened to read the guide and update to the latest version. Inexplicably he got bootloop on fastboot. I don't know if it was for that, but I think it was for not using the original usb cable. It will have been? I do not know. So I tried anyway, including by EDL, but it said that my account was not authorized, so I had to get someone to do it for me.

Trying to analyze why the MI 11 brick, I think I ran the security app, before flashing and probably the app blocked the programmer mode and USB debugging. Was that the reason?

I dont think so and the usb cable is not the reason !
I never used an original cable and it always worked.

if you guys really followed the guide, and updated to the lastest stock rom, unlocked bootloader and flashed the xiaomi.eu rom and it does brick,
then we still dont know the real reason for the bricks.

@Kalsy used the wrong unlock tool to brick the Mi11, but he could recover it via edl too.
but the "Xiaomi Authorized Account" users get greedy.. they took now 70 Dollars for unbricking since all the Mi11 bricks
(before it was 15-25 dollar) !

Thank you so much.
Since there is no TWRP I will try again when this week's version comes out.

Update: as you already have ROM: Xiaomi.eu 21.3.17 ?
