ok. I would try to flash the xiaomi.eu rom now
you mean not to execute "windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat" directly? (I did it like this)you should open "cmd" as admin, change the directory and then execute the script !
if it still does not work, replace the fastboot.exe (unzip) in \platform-tools-windows\ and try again
it is all shown in the first post in the video (he uses powershell, but cmd is the same)
better do not use C: drive (could give rights problems) if possible use an other drive
example if you can use D: drive
- open cmd as admin
- D:
- cd xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11_21.3.11_v12-11-fastboot
- windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat
no problem, as long as you updated to the latest global rom before (via ota)
I do not understand.Downloading Beta 21.3.17 right now.

I happened to read the guide and update to the latest version. Inexplicably he got bootloop on fastboot. I don't know if it was for that, but I think it was for not using the original usb cable. It will have been? I do not know. So I tried anyway, including by EDL, but it said that my account was not authorized, so I had to get someone to do it for me.
I dont think so and the usb cable is not the reason !
I never used an original cable and it always worked.
if you guys really followed the guide, and updated to the lastest stock rom, unlocked bootloader and flashed the xiaomi.eu rom and it does brick,
then we still dont know the real reason for the bricks.
@Kalsy used the wrong unlock tool to brick the Mi11, but he could recover it via edl too.
but the "Xiaomi Authorized Account" users get greedy.. they took now 70 Dollars for unbricking since all the Mi11 bricks
(before it was 15-25 dollar) !
