G-Pay not working

I have a question:
Is the only solution to pass safety net check and get G-Pay working, flashing Magisk Canary like mentioned in many threads here?
I am on Poco F2 pro with latest weekly developer

No answer, so i assume weekly developer is not usable if you want to use Gpay on an unrooted Poco F2 without magisk!
