What can I post and what am I not allowed to?

I would like to ask admins of this site what am I allowed to post here and what am I not.
I tried to look for some rules before I posted my first question, did not find any.
Then I posted my question about Xiaomi Tab 7 Pro(USB file transfer issues, original ROM), which got deleted by ingbrzy(only admin online at that time)telling me that you are not Xiaomi Global.
That means that it is allowed to only post topics regarding custom ROMs?
But as I checked this forum, I found many topics that are not about custom ROMs and did not get deleted.

So, before I post any more things, I would like to ask what is allowed to post/discuss here and what is not.

Also, as I asked in my previous topic that got deleted without any message(maybe because I wrote it in Slovak, did it because slovak admin deleted my post), I would love to have my original post please, as this is the only Enligsh site I posted to so far. I would love to post my question to others as well, which would be much easier if I could access my original post and just copy/paste it to some other page, that will be willing to help and not delete it right away.

You can solve the problem with a tablet or mobile phone with an official ROM on the official website.

Don't remember in which subforum you posted. It's not that talking about Pads isn't allowed, just do where it's relevant.
If it's a question related to our ROM - "Questions & Answers", and if it has nothing to do with our ROM - "Mi General".

@gogocar62 Thanks for your answer. Regarding those official websites, I already posted into SK/CZ one, and will post to that english one, but before that I would love to get my original message, if it is possible in some way. I do not know if admins are able to recover deleted posts.

@Igor Eisberg Thanks for an answer. I posted into "Bugs" subforum, will post into "Mi General" in the future, if it aint realted to your ROM.
Could you please let me know, it there is some possibility of recovering my original post? It was quite long and detailed description of my issue, and it would really help me if I could just copy it..
BTW, I really do not understand, if there is a subforum where I am allowed to ask that question, if it would not be better to move my post instead of deleting it, especialy because it was not some 3 line description that I can put together in one minute.
