Changing From Stable To Developer

Hi, im a new user of MI4c
i've use Stable ROM from here before and still
but i want to change to newest developer ROM
are my files on my devices will wiped or gone like become a new phone again or no? if yes, how to backup all of these data on my phone

for back up you should use back up on settings, very easy to back up and restore
