Changelog: Why Are Not All The Changes Included From The Weekly China Developer Roms

I just asked myself, why not all the changes from the weekly China Developer ROMs from en.miui.com are included in the weeklies here...?

Sometimes, certain changes are missing. Is that on purpose or are you copying the ROM changelog wrong?

Because we change Chinese dev roms into global. Some functions are disabled by default in global version (Single MIUI rom contains chinese and global changes). Sometimes we force enable some functions back to roms, sometimes do not.
