MULTI 7.8.10 - First Miui 9

Kindly provide more specific details of this issue. What phone did you unlock? What xiaomi.eu ROM did you try to flash? Many thanks.

My phone is mi6, like I wrote unlocked yesterdat booloader, installed TWRP 8.1.1.1 and its working just after reboot its showing 8.1.1.0 but fine for me. Downloaded weekly miui 7.8.10, did format from twrp, installed rom, rebooted and now im stuck on Mi screen with 3 moving dots on the bottom

I left like this phone for over 30mins but no progress, installted later 7.7.20 but have same issue like before

Followed guide from first post:

ROMs for devices with locked bootloader:

• Unlock your first bootloader here
• Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
• Code:
  fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
  fastboot boot twrp.img
• TWRP Recovery Zip
• Wipe /data partition
• Copy our ROM to the internal storage
• Install our ROM
• Reboot
• done

Yes, install latest twrp again, format data and restart twrp, install eu rom, wipe cache, reboot to system, wait.

Can't install on Redmi Note 4X. Flashing in TWRP freezes after Installing MIUI update... and package_extract_file took 00s. Left it overnight for 10 hours, still showing the same step. Any ideas?

WORKING now Flashed again TWRP but this time 3.1.0.0 and installed MIUI with it. Phone rebooted and now I can see MIUI 9 welcome screen

Can confirm, happened to me today... I was just checking whatsapp and going to home screen, device froze and nothing worked.

installed the MiUi 9 on my Redmi Note 4 mido. All fine so far.

What I found:
Google app icon not available on homescreen? So my Google feed isn't reachable per tap. On home button only the Google assistant starts up. Maybe it will be possible to create a setting for the swipe up gesture? So some can select the search or Google Now.
With weather widget there's no text about the status (cloudy, rainy..).

Redmi Note 4/X has two variants, MTK and Snapdragon. Your phone is Nikel (HMNote4) is for MTK cpu. Mido (HMNote4X) is for snapdragon cpu phones.
