I've been having constant device freezes, nothing works, no digital sensor screen (mi6)

I need to hold the power button for a few seconds to restart it and everything goes back to normal, plus someone with this problem?

Can confirm, happened to me today... I was just checking whatsapp and going to home screen, device froze and nothing worked.

Hello,

I have the same issue on my Mi6 regarding soud volume during phone call. No matter on which speaker you put the call, increasing or decreasing volume doesn't have affect.
Everything else works normally.

Same here. The keyboard don't close and phone stays extremely low, lagging. Only work again after a reboot.

Well it says it will be release sooner or later (more or less) but if I remember correctly this have been said in other versions as well. Latest I can find with an hmnote3pro update was 7.5.25 and that was quite some time ago. Or am I completely off the hook here

7.6.10 is the latest for Kenzo (HMNote3Pro) until MIUI 9.

The last few weekly updates would have automatically updated your device to 7.0 ,but I don't think the last stable version did. Quite old build the stable one.

You COULD wait until the stable 9 comes out. That would update it also, but guessing it will be a while.

I just noticed, before reading your message, but thank anyway...I didn't notice that the stable version was that old, but are the weekly versions not instable then and will they update OTA once installed?

I got the Redmi Note 4x Mediatek version, 4gigs of ram and 64gb internal storage, already unlock my bootloaders ainstall TWRP 3.1.0-1 by geoanto555 nikel i understand. Wich rom is the most stable and new for this little guy? Or can i use mui 9?

He is currently on Android 6 with miui 8.2

Nikel (HMNote4) and the most stable version would be... Latest Stable version. Link is in the first post.

Install twrp, format data, restart twrp, install eu rom, wipe cache, reboot to system and wait.

My phone is mi6, like I wrote unlocked yesterdat booloader, installed TWRP 8.1.1.1 and its working just after reboot its showing 8.1.1.0 but fine for me. Downloaded weekly miui 7.8.10, did format from twrp, installed rom, rebooted and now im stuck on Mi screen with 3 moving dots on the bottom

I left like this phone for over 30mins but no progress, installted later 7.7.20 but have same issue like before

Followed guide from first post:

ROMs for devices with locked bootloader:

• Unlock your first bootloader here
• Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
• Code:
  fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
  fastboot boot twrp.img
• TWRP Recovery Zip
• Wipe /data partition
• Copy our ROM to the internal storage
• Install our ROM
• Reboot
• done

should be something to do with erase data, etc.
