Do I need to flash inspiremod on the ace rom for the Inspire 4G? And what's the difference between the dhd and ace roms?
 
Still laggy on GS3 :(

I hope jelly bean fixes all these issues.. I used to love this on my GNex..

I'm using Galaxy Nexus and the 2.10.12 rom now comes with abdroid 4.1.2 . So how do I expand my notification now? I tried the one finger or two finger method both don't work.. pls help Thanks!

Hey Anthony, quick question - how is the glow on your notification and toggles tabs blue and not orange?! Also, your email address is visible on one of the notifications. You might want to blur that out.

General question to GNex users - has the maguro ROM gotten rid of lockscreen lag this week? How about LED notification customisations?

WHAT!! :eek: Samsung is the eazyest phones to Rom, HTC are the worst,, dont know where u got that from,,, and the best to Rom is the Samsung sgs1 and also the sgs3 i have both and it only takes a few clicks,, HTC for example you gotta do this, then do that, that this and that,,, geeeeeee,,,,,, :D oh ps, also harder to brick!!! ;)

this video is noting to do with recommendations!!! you should have a say Samsung ph not the Mi phone,, with the Miui Rom on the Samsung ph running instead, :mad:;) p.s,, title saying, latest miui running preview :p

You can try downloading one of the multi pack files and the corresponding version of the FULL ROM.

You need to boot to recovery first, then wipe all data (Make sure to make a backup in nandroid or something first!)

Once you have made your backup, wipe dalvik cache, cache and anything else, start at a clean install base.

Then you need to flash the FULL ROM! followed by the language pack for your release and device version.

DO NOT Flash old release packs onto 2.10.12 it will not work!

-is this rom jelly bean based?
-what version i must download for my s3 i9300?(it's international not the us one)
-where can i find the italian language(if there isn't it's ok the english one)

1) JB is only for some phones, not all. (SGS3 is ICS.)

2) In the first post of this thread, you can see which ROM is for your phone...

3) New ROM versions come every friday with English language. If you want italian, you wait 1-2 days and the language pack will come too.

is there already a date when the jelly bean miui rom for s3 will be released?
 
since Version 2.9.14 O2 Germany shown as Tchibo.
MIUIAndroid.com is the only ROM with this issue....not god :(
 
MIUI 4.1 will be released to devices once official 4.1 stock ROMs are made official by manufactures
 
Any word on JB available to the xiaomi Mi-one ? I find it quite hard to believe it takes QC that long to update their drivers from ICS to JB.

Can the arc S rom be used on the arc ? ( not LT18 but LT15 )
 
MIUI is the best ROM I've installed on my LG Optimus LTE LU6200. Really awesome and fully customizable. But I have a problem with the latest rom's built in browser, it force closes when you tap on the advance button on the settings menu. Any ideas? THANKS.

I just discovered there is a corrupted/empty file within the 'Browser.apk' which will cause a FC when navigating to: Browser > Settings > Advanced

The FC is caused by "Browser/res/xml/advanced_preferences.xml" being empty or corrupt, I'm not sure if this is effecting any other device build as I only port from the CRESPO device.

I solved this by replacing 'advanced_preferences.xml' with the previous build's file and removing "Browser\res\values\xmls.xml"

Then recompile Browser.apk and push back to device.

try to edit /system/etc/spn-conf.xml and replace "Tchibo" with any text that you like. lets see if it can change your carrier.
 
After Flashing this to my HTC one X, I'm warned that my current kernal version is not correct and offred to view a tutorial aty www.miui.com/a-166.html

I tried translating the page, but it's still a little vague...
Anyone else with this issue?

This fixes bugs, and is nothing but a cosmetic problem. Other ROMs FC. Ours has wrong text. So which would you like?
