Thx guys for the great update again as usual!

am on shooteru

some tiny bugs...


on first upload :

when i use a program (chrome,sms,email,...) i cant use the home button, long press gives me the cleaner but cant get back to homescreen unless i lock and unlock.
also when i use chrome for example, and i lock phone and unlock then chrome flikkers few times on screen.

on second upload :

home button still dead and somtimes alive again.
chrome flikkering on lockscreen gone
first boot, i had no wifi.
second boot, phone dead for around 5 min, pulled out battery, put on AC, nothing.
then flashed a other kernel and i got wifi back.
"prevent misoperation" message keeps coming on lockscreen from time to time for a sec.

also since previous build i get sometimes emails that say they from the year 1970...

wiped dalvik and cach after updates..

This rom is and stays the best rom and am glad i can use it!

Regarding home button bug, it's been discussed multiple times... Did you read through the thread?

settings>display settings>turn prevent misuse off

Hotfix 2.9.7 A Uploading!

Sorry all, I made an error in the build scripts which affected this week's build. No bugs in terms on FC, but a minor problem relating to the structure of the APKs which might cause problems relating to other issues you might encounter. My device (NS) showed no problems, but I cannot speak for the rest of the devices.

As a precaution. I have rebuilt all ROMs. Rest assured, I won't make this mistake again. Thanks for understanding.

well, downloaded and did a fresh install (Full Wipe) the Out of Memory errors were not your fault. There's definitively something wrong in the rom because adding pictures bigger than 256*256 will cause this bug. And it doesn't matter if you add the picture manually to each contact or by the means of an app.

Your downloading off goo.im? That is a mirror. A mirror is optional. A mirror is to be used if the regular file links don't work or are slow.

In this case the mirror was down, but there was 3 perfect mirrors still online. You use the mirrors in backup. Not the other way around.

I have changed the vibrate level to strong level, but it's still very low. It's a bug? any suggestion please?

Well. I do upload to Goo as our 4th mirror. We have 3 dedicated mirrors that round robin off files.miuiandroid.com

Fixed it on mine...

If you have already wiped cache+dalvik, My only other suggestion would be a full wipe and fresh install

I came from various CM10 rom, where i always find the Gapps pre-installed.... In the MIUI i've only find Gmail a Play apps.

Another question: there is a reason for why i cant sync my phone to google?
Actually i can sync only phone number and calendar, but i cant sync wifi passwords, paired BT device, previous app installed from Play store...

Finally.... : in MIUI is not available a wizard to configure a google account at first boot?

We provide GAPPS in our rom.
Sync : try rebooting and clearing dalvik - im not sure on the passwords, BT devices, from experience sometimes that works sometimes it doesn't, even for stock Galaxy nexus (bit of a flaky back up) better to use either the in-house back up utility or like myself titanium, in fact i use both - titanium for apps+data and miui back up for system data, layout, wifi etc etc.

there is no wizard to configure initially, you just simply key in ur google info when you open play store and sync will begin
