Xiaomi S3 Alexa problem

Good morning, I have a problem with the Xiaomi S3. No matter what I do, I can't get Alexa to always work, Alexa stops working after a while, I have the application pinned, I have the battery restriction removed, all permissions given, etc. I have hyperos 1.0.9.0 and I think it is the culprit that stops synchronizing when I lock my phone, has anyone found a way to solve it? thank you very much in advance

Pixel 6a and watch s3, everything updated and permissions granted without limitations
