XIAOMI REDMI 13C, 4G, TOUCHSCREEN DON`T RESPOND DURING OS UPDATE

10 days ago my phone updated the OS. Before the update was complete the screen suddenly froze and I couldn't go to the next step of the update - I had to press an arrow on the screen. Is anyone else having the same problem or know how to fix it? I reset but it takes me back to the same point in the update asking me to press an arrow and the screen remains frozen.
