Bought Xiaomi Note recently and the phone cannot connect to the data connection. I have tried the SIM card on another device and the data connection works fine. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Yes, the data connection is enabled.

Double check your apn settings, I had this happen once and the apn had been changed very slightly
