Xiaomi Mi5 - 7.3.4.0.0

I have recieved Xiaomi Mi5. I bought it from TopOne on Aliexpress.
I told them to send me sealed box, but they sent me unsealed box with this ROM 7.3.4.0.0
I watched this thread:

I need to enter in Recovery mode, but to enter there, first I need to install MiPcSuite so I installed it.
I did:
1.Turn on your phone,click "Settings"-"MIUI Version" 7 times to open developer options.
2.Open USB Debug Mode :Settings-Additional Settings-Developer Options-USB Debug mode
After i connected usb cable to PC to enter in Recovery Mode via MiPcSuite, I get that first I need update my device, but I cannot update Mi5, it doesn't allow me.

How can i flash this device to it is original ROM and update it?
What I need to do?

You have a fake version of miui. Unlock bootloader and flash original rom with miflash

On miui forum, they replyed that i have original rom :S
What is now correct. Who to listen and what I should do?

I still don't understand what I need to do with that.... I'm sorry.
This is my first time I bought android phone. My cousin told me to buy Xiaomi Mi5.
I need step by step how to do this.
If there is anybody willing to help, I'm all ear.

I unlocked bootloader
I downloaded gemini_images_6.6.30_20160523.0000.23_6.0_cn_79be63012e china dev rom latest
I downloaded miflash tool beta

How to change go from 7.3.4.0.0 to original flash rom ??? what to do ?

Will that lock the bootloader again?

You download Global Stable Version: V7.5.6.0.MAACNDE (MIUI7) and put it in your phone then install by updater. When already you can unlock and flash another rom.
