Xiaomi Mi4 Mic No More Working

Hi all,

I have an issue with my MI4, the MIC is not working. When i'm in call people can"t hear me.

But if i make a call and put the phone in loudspeaker, people can hear me.

So what's not working? Someone can help me?

I had the same problem, i changed to rom 5.3.20 and problem was eliminated

Same here, i have change roms so many times but after some days i can hear the others but they cant hear me.
so bad for an expensive mobile like this.
i want to send it out of the windows

i download a mic test, and mic is working ...

Try switching "Suppress noise during calls" setting to another postion.

I have the same problem.
I can hear other people, but they can't hear me unless I have them on speaker phone (not ideal as then everyone hears my call!)
The mic works fine.
I've tried switching "Suppress noise during calls" setting to another position.
I don't understand the " changed to rom 5.3.20" comment, so haven't done that.
Can someone help?

I fix the problem, i'm on thé ROM 5.6.11 and after à wipe cache trought the recovery all the problem are resolved

Since today try to install it then make a wipe cache and my mic works again

please inform in 10 days if still working , when i do the same wipe cache and new rom , whatever rom is working, then some days later i have the problem
