Xiaomi Mi 9 (Global) - No Android 10 Miui 11 update

Today, I received my brand new Mi 9, which I ordered via Xiaomi's official Spanish website. It's the global version, which should have Android 10 and Miui 11.
Unfortunately, the latest update seems to be Miui 10.2 with Android 9.

How is this possible? Miui 11 incl. Android 10 should have been released already (according to the www).

Am I missing something?

You can manually download the MIUI11 Android Q ROM here https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?device=1700361

Then flash the zip file using the Updater app. Since this is an official ROM, you don't have to unlock the bootloader.

Thanks! Does this reset all my settings, like a factory reset? Since this is the official images I assume my guarantee will remain active?
