Xiaomi mi 11 quality battery replacement ?

Hello friends! I changed my old battery with a new original one. From 3.30-4 hours SOT, now I have like 5-5.30 max of SOT. But I have a problem. When it reaches 20% of battery charge, it discharges like crazy, 30 seconds for 1% of battery, sometimes it just dies under 20%. Did a factory reset, but nothing changed! How can I adress this issue?

Have you let it deplete completely 100% to 0% and charge all the way upto 100% and leave it charging for few hours after reaching 100%

Hmm not sure , my new battery was nice improvement on miui 14 but since going to hyper OS it's gone worse

I'll be upgrading phone soon to OnePlus 13 , I might try custom evolution rom on mi 11 the pixel experience see how it is

No still using hyperos I can't be bothered to do clean install back to miui 14 and having to setup everything again when I'll be upgrading soon, it's not as bad for me as I have new battery if I still had the old battery it would be much worse , currently I'm getting 4hrs-4hrs.30mins of SOT that's with 120hz and AOD always on

Reason I haven't switched back is that I'll be upgrading phone and OnePlus 13 is like month or 2 away now so not long to wait

If I was planning on keeping the phone longer I would certainly would have flashed back miui 14

I just ordered a battery off iFixIT. Let's see how it goes. I'm planning to upgrade phone as well in the next year.

Yeah Xiaomi.eu 1.0.7 , I might flash the evolution x rom just to play about, just waiting till oxygen rom for OnePlus 13 before buying the CN version then mi 11 will be spare
