Yes but the RIGHT fastboot.exe is the miflash file, not just any one...after install clean data from recovery and all work fine, THANKS

It seems there is a third-party TWRP available in a Chinese forum. I have no idea if it works or not. Don't know if this is helpful.

Today i got my Mi 10 Ultra 16GB/512GB Version. Bootloader will be unlocked in 10 Days. I use my device here in Switzerland. It seems look like everything is working. Feel free to contact me if i can help to give some information or test something for an .EU Rom.

I live in Switzerland too. How is the phone working here? Have you installed the EU ROM - am not very confident of doing it so wondering if the Chinese ROM will be okay. Thanks,
