I don't think this is the official release, because after flashing... the cursor turned into a circle mouse cursor .. like for the tablets.. I believe someone ported it from the tablet version of JB. Flash at your own risk, and please remember to backup all your data.
As it was flashing(following method uses fastboot), i saw it said something like .. compiled sometime in Sept 23/24th....build number from 7/13/2012... and kernel from 6/29/2012
So i dont think this includes any of the better/newer drivers from Project Butter, but still kinda cool for those who want to see how JB is like i guess.. It was fun, but I've switched back to ICS for now.

Instructions Found in the Chinese read-me :
1. Extract to Mioneplus_JB folder
2. Connect Your Phone
3. click "@第一步进入刷机界面.bat" to install the Driver if you haven't already
4. please familiarize yourself with the setting Icon and screen before flashing..as it will be in chinese by default.
5.1 click "在4.0基础上刷在系统一.bat" if flashing from Android 4.0+, into the first partition
5.2 click "在4.0基础上刷在系统二(推荐).bat" if flashing from Android 4.0+, into the second partition
5.3 click "非4.0基础上刷在系统一.bat" if flashing from Android 2.3+, into the first partition
5.4 click "非4.0基础上刷在系统二.bat" if flashing from Android 2.3+, into the second partition
6. Somehow Boot into the partition you installed it into(i used lennoxrecovery) but you can use miui recovery also.
7. Go into settings to change language back to English...
if anyone know a method to change the circle mouse cursor back to the touch screen option.. please share... i don't like the annoying circle.
If you dont like it, and would want to go back to the other partition, there's an option for that in the APP Drawer.. it should be the ONLY app in the app drawer that's in chinese... smiley face in blue/white
